Golie Ebrahimian is a recent graduate from Washington University in St. Louis with a Masters of Architecture. She is currently working with Creative Exchange Lab on community initiative projects in both North and East Saint Louis, one of which is the Sweet Potato Project http://sweetpotatoprojectstl.org.
Golie’s passion for community development has been ongoing. As an undergraduate at Texas Tech University she became highly involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Lubbock, Texas. In addition to being a mentor she was the co-founder of Big Brothers Big Sisters Council of Lubbock, the aim of which was to impact her community.
Originally form Houston, Texas she moved to Saint Louis in the Fall of 2012 and immediately became interested in the revitalization of Saint Louis. She continues to work towards a brighter future in St. Louis.
